Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products once an order has been shipped, including but not limited to opened, used, or unopened items.
Allergic or Adverse Reactions
Individual skin responses vary, and Sunshine Skincare does not guarantee that any product will be suitable for every individual.
By purchasing from Sunshine Skincare, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your personal use.
Sunshine Skincare is not liable for individual allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses, and such reactions do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment Only)
Order cancellation requests may be submitted only before the order has been shipped.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing charges imposed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal and credit card institutions.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Sunshine Skincare is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By placing an order with Sunshine Skincare, you agree to this policy in full.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for reasons covered by this policy may result in the permanent restriction of future purchases at our discretion.
